Abundantly Blessed

    There's too much to write, but I'll try to keep this short. This time I think God knew and made this trip back to the states and Taiwan for refreshing. I was able to see family and friends and make more connections with churches. 

    I flew to the States from Brazil, and my mom flew to the States from Taiwan. I was in the states for two weeks and 11 days in Taiwan! We had a whirlwind trip! 

    Time in the States was great as I stayed mostly in San Diego where my 95 year old grandma lives. I spent quality time with family while enjoying the company of my mom. The conversations I had with family in the States were fun and meaningful. I loved being with my cousin, Paige, as we went out every night, whether it was to church, or a baseball game, or line dancing, or just getting ice cream. It was so special to have such a wonderful cousin like her. 

    In Taiwan, I had a full schedule with different lunch and dinner plans with people from high school, university, and church friends. I was also able to relax a bit as I went to get my nails  and hair done, and had two different massages. There is nowhere like Taiwan! I'm grateful for all the people I've met up with! I look forward to seeing y'all again and until then, I'll be thinking about you! Please do keep in touch!

    I’ve been back in Brazil now for one week… I’ll blog soon! 

    The words that come to mind in closing are- to God be the glory great things He has done!

    要寫的內容太多了，但我會盡量簡短。這次我想上帝真的了解我的需要，並讓我再次回到美國和台灣，透過與家人朋友見面來恢復精神。這段期間，我也與不同的弟兄姊妹建立有價值的關係，非常感謝神！

    我從巴西飛往美國，媽媽從台灣飛往美國。我在美國待了兩週，在台灣待了十一天！我們一起經歷了一趟旋風之旅！ 

    在美國度過了一段美好的時光，因為我大部分時間都待在聖地牙哥，95 歲的奶奶住在那裡。我與家人一起度過了美好的時光，同時也享受了與媽媽相處。我與美國家人的對話既有趣又有意義。我喜歡和我的堂妹 Paige 在一起，我們每天晚上都會出去，不管是去教堂，還是看棒球比賽，還是跳排舞，或只是吃冰淇淋，擁有她這樣特別的堂妹真是神的恩典。 

    在台灣，我的行程安排得很滿，與高中、大學和教會的朋友安排了不同的午餐和晚餐。感謝神我還能夠稍微放鬆一下，因為我去做了指甲和頭髮，並且做了兩次不同的按摩。沒有其他的地方像台灣！我感謝所有我遇到的人！我期待再次見到你們，在那之前，我會一直想著你們！我們繼續保持聯絡吧！

    我已經回到巴西一週了…我很快就會再寫部落格及禱告信！ 

    最後我想到的話是──榮耀歸於上帝，祂做了偉大的事！

This is my family from San Diego. They are from my dad's side. They blessed me a lot with encouragements and they are my true family!!! 
這是我在聖地牙哥的家人，我爸爸那裡的。他們給我許多的鼓勵及祝福，他們很照顧我。

My grandma is on the photo to the left sitting on my right. She's been an amazing support from day 1 as I've decided to go to Germany for my DTS and come to Brazil as a missionary. She's one of the reasons why I can still be in Brazil. I love her from the depth of my heart.
我奶奶在右邊的照片中，坐我右手邊。她從起初就支持我去德國的青年使命團念門徒訓練學校一直到我來巴西當宣教士，沒有她，我不會在巴西。我非常的愛她。






These are my sweet family in Christ. I've met them through being at Hope Mountain in Brazil. They are God-given as they live so close to my aunt's house! They care about me and pray for me. They really care and seek the what's on God's heart. I'm always inspired by each one of them.
這是我主內的家庭，是在巴西服事認識的。他們是主所賜的因為沒想到他們與我阿姨住很近。他們時常關心及為我禱告，他們真的會真心尋求神的心意，每次跟他們見面我都會受感動。

我有好幾年沒有見到其中兩位姐妹！她們是我高中團契的姐妹，我們都差一年。

They've supported me and really care about what I'm doing. Praise the Lord for their support!
這些是屬於我的教會的弟兄姊妹，叫讚美之家。他們支持我、陪伴我，而且真的很關心我的服事。感謝神賜給我這些弟兄姊妹！

These are some of the new friends I've met while sharing at their small group about missions and what God is doing in Brazil. I praise God for their love and friendship!!! I love them very much!
這些是我新交的朋友們，第一張是萬芳教會，第二及第三張是協同會頌主堂。很感謝他們讓我分享關於宣教及神在巴西所要做的工作。我為他們的愛及友誼非常感謝神！我很愛他們！




My prized possession. My one and only home. This family made me who I am today, by God's grace. This family taught me the true love of God. This family is priceless. Would not trade it for anything else.
We take family photos every year for my parents' wedding anniversary. It was their 38th!!! Crazy?
 我的珍貴財產和唯一的家。感謝上帝的恩典，這個家庭成就了今天的我。這個家庭使我了解上帝的愛。這個家庭是無價的，我不會用任何其他東西來交換它。
我們每年都會為父母的結婚紀念日拍攝全家福。今年是他們的第 38 週年！


These are my friends from university. Some are from my department basketball team and some were my classmates.
這些是我的大學朋友們，有些跟我打過系籃，其他的是我之前的同學。

One of the best gifts from this trip is meeting this amazing and inspiring woman of God, Mary. She's on the photo to the right. She's a retired missionary. And I've learned so much from her!!!
這個旅程中，其中一個最大的收穫是認識Mary。她在右邊照片裡。她是一位宣教士，我從她的生命經歷中學習很多！

These are my high school buddies! We were classmates and we did many things together.
這些是我高中同學，我們一起經歷了青春！

These girls I absolutely love. We were from different high schools but in our senior year, we served together at a joint Christian camp for high schoolers. And we've became best friends ever since. God is good!!!
這些姐妹我真的很愛。我們讀不同的高中，但我們高三學測後一起服事校園團契的一個營隊，我們之後就成為很要好的朋友！很珍貴的友誼。

Life Back in Brazil

  It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.   Stand firm,  then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1     Being back has been great. I arrived in São Paulo after two days of travel. I went to JOCUM Casa to drop off a luggage. JOCUM Casa is the future ministry that I will be a part of. JOCUM is YWAM, Youth With A Mission. God has led me to move to São Paulo to serve at this YWAM base for the next two years. I'll be officially starting in July! I've volunteered there in January and February. And most of my things are there already. After resting for a day there, I took the bus back to Hope Mountain, the place where I've been for the past two years here in Brazil. I've decided to stay because I thought it would be good to volunteer here while six short-term mission teams from America will be at Hope Mountain in the months of May and June!     I've been baking a lot. Transitioning

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous.  Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,  for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."   Joshua 1:9          These past weeks have been amazing again. As the teams left, more teams came. The team from Indiana is our friends. They had 19 people. It was everyone on their church's mission board. And they brought their kids with them. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely exhausting but super fun serving them and serving God in being their friend and translator. We helped build a gazebo! We did a special dinner for Valentine's Day for the boys. We played Legos and helped with the swim classes for our new kids program at Hope Mountain. I had a fun time.
